On November 30th, the five person Western United States ANCA delegation participating in the International ANC Conference met with the Honorable Georgi Petrosian, Executive Director of the Armenian National Committee of Artsakh. The ANCA Western United States delegation had a unique first-hand opportunity to discuss the situation in Artsakh with Mr. Petrossian. Few individuals have had as significant a role in the formation and representation of the Artsakh Republic as Mr. Petrossian, who has served as Vice-President, Acting President, and Foreign Minister of the Artsakh Republic.
The Western United States ANCA delegation, which is comprised of Gaidzag Shahbazian, Ani Mamikonian-Zarpas, Hovig Saliba, Antranik Charchafjian and Armik Avedissian, will be in Armenia and Artsakh the entire week for the International ANC Conference.
In the coming days, the delegation plans to meet with the representatives of other Armenian National Committees on the sidelines of the conference, to discuss a range of topics.
